RAID promo codes can be redeemed through the in-game Promo Codes panel on supported platforms or through the official web redeem page. If you are on iPhone or iPad and cannot see the in-game promo-code button, use the official web path instead. Do not enter your password, email, or payment information into a third-party redeem form.
Android and Plarium Play
Android and Plarium Play are the simplest paths when the Promo Codes panel is visible in Bastion. This route is best for players searching where to enter RAID promo codes because it does not require copying the User ID into a browser.
- Open Bastion.
- Open the left hidden panel.
- Select Promo Codes.
- Enter the code exactly as shown.
- Tap Confirm.
- Check Inbox for rewards.
Web redeem
The web redeem page is the safest fallback for iOS users and for anyone who prefers pasting a code from a browser. The page asks for your User ID and the promo code. Your User ID is not the same as your account email, password, or player name.
- Open the official redeem page.
- Copy your User ID from Settings, then Info.
- Enter User ID and code.
- Confirm and check Inbox.
Where to find your RAID User ID
In RAID: Shadow Legends, open Settings and then Info. Copy the User ID exactly as shown, including any letters, numbers, or separators. If the web page says the User ID is wrong, return to the game and copy it again instead of guessing from your profile name.
After a successful redeem
Rewards are usually delivered to the in-game Inbox. If nothing appears immediately, restart the game once, check the Inbox tabs, and confirm that the code was not restricted to a different account type. Some rewards are resources rather than visible champions, so compare the reward summary before assuming nothing arrived.
If the code fails
A failed redeem does not always mean the page is broken. The code may be expired, already used on the same account, limited to new players, blocked by a cooldown after another successful redeem, or typed with the wrong case. Use the troubleshooting page before trying the same code repeatedly.
